I am an entrepreneur and mentor at heart. I see and value each person’s uniqueness and believe that uniqueness leads to life purpose and fulfillment and contributes to the overall success of a team or organization.  There are two things that inspire me: 1) Helping people learn new ways of being and doing; and 2) Creating innovative educational and organizational environments. When I encounter an outdated “system” or “process” that no longer serves a purpose, I rise to the challenge of creating a new one that will provide abundant opportunities for generations to come.  If I were a runner, I would sign up for the marathon, not the sprint.
