Vista360, LLC is the founding partner of Bloom360 Learning Community, a nonprofit school launched in 2017. Bloom360 is a proven, strengths-based educational model demonstrating what’s possible when business leadership and educational innovation align.

How It Started
Bloom360 was launched through the leadership of Laura Rauman, Vista360’s Managing Partner. Inspired by the needs of her daughter, Morgan, and recognizing similar needs among families across southeastern Wisconsin, the Vista360 team took action.

Vista360:

• Identified educators and therapists
• Secured a shared facility for co-location
• Built the financial and organizational framework to launch the nonprofit school

This intentional design created a distinctive model: a professional services business and a learning community operating side by side.

Measurable Progress
Bloom360 continues to demonstrate its impact. Throughout its history, Bloom360 has provided hundreds of families with a fresh approach to education, including two high school graduates:

• First graduate – 2024: Now building a career with a national retail organization, applying strong social-emotional skills developed at Bloom360.
• Second graduate – 2025 (Morgan): Currently participating in Bloom360’s BizPath program – an evolution of the Bloom360 model which supports young adults through hands-on microbusinesses and skill development experiences.

An Ongoing Partnership
Vista360’s role extends beyond start-up support. Our team provides strategic guidance, operational oversight, and direct mentorship.

Vista360 professionals regularly engage with Learners by:

• Serving as mentors and advisors
• Supporting Learner-run microbusinesses
• Participating in fundraisers and school events
• Guiding art projects and mindfulness lessons
• Encouraging presentations and project showcases.

Shared Commitment
Vista360 dedicates time and a portion of its profits to Bloom360 because we believe in long-term investment in people and communities. Bloom360 learners move forward into employment, entrepreneurship, volunteering, and continued education—paths shaped by their strengths, not defined by limitations.
